Retinal tears are generally treated in our offices, at either the Fort Myers or Naples location, using minimally invasive surgical procedures that require no incisions
Retinal Detachment Repair
Retinal detachment must be repaired surgically. Your Retina Health Center physician will determine which of the three commonly used methods of repair is best for you
Diabetic Eye Issues Treatment
Diabetes is the leading cause of vision loss in adults. Retina Health Center offers progressive early detection services for diabetic eye health patients. Treatments include in-office laser treatments, specialized medications and other diabetic eye surgery options
Vitreous Eye Floaters Treatment
Should eye floaters impair your vision, it is important to contact the Retina Health Center for an evaluation. Treatment options for more severe eye floaters include laser therapy, as well as a vitrectomy procedure
Macular Hole Surgery
Surgery for a hole in the retina is often on an out-patient basis with local anesthesia. In general, once you have been diagnosed with a stage 2, 3, or 4 macular hole you are better off having surgery within four to six weeks.
